Building clarity, alignment and momentum through meaningful connection and method.

Every engagement is different, because every team, every challenge and every context is unique.

Whether it's a board retreat, a team planning session or a co-design process with service users, we bring deep listening, creative energy and a belief in what becomes possible when people feel heard, connected and inspired. Whether we're shaping strategy, building culture or designing something entirely new with a team, the experience is collaborative and grounded in how people think, feel and work best.

What does working with Macaulay Consulting actually look like?

Most engagements begin with a scoping conversation which is a genuine exchange to understand what the organisation is working with, what has been tried and what kind of support would actually make a difference. There is no standard package, no off-the-shelf methodology applied regardless of context.

From there, we propose an approach calibrated to the problem. The work itself ranges from a single session to a multi-month engagement.

The best facilitation I've witnessed, so genuine.
